For all support methods you need to agree to the terms and conditions and register & buy a subscription. In order for us to provide Remote Help you need to have your computer turned on and connected to a working Broadband (ADSL or Cable DSL) internet connection. * Dependant on package chosen. Free check-ups are carried out remotely only. Support available Mon to Friday 9-5.30 excludes bank holidays. ** Projects and upgrades do not form part of your package agreement.
