Spyware/Virus Removal
If you think your computer is infected with Spyware or a Virus, we can scan it, identify the infection and then set about removing it, restoring your computer to its former state. If not possible we can backup your data and still get you up and running ASAP.
Health Check/Tune Up
Have your computer MOT ‘d. We’ll carry out a complete hardware and software diagnostic check to identify any problems. Install any required patches or updates to your Operating System. We’ll remove any unnecessary temporary files, clean and compact your Registry, and if needed Defrag the Hard Drive. We check that your anti-virus is updated, carry out a full Virus & Spyware check and then carry out a Hard Disk check. For computers we also offer a Dust Removal service. We thoroughly clean the inside of your computer case and power supply, removing dust and other foreign objects which maybe causing your computer to overheat and slow down. We’ll note any problems we find and let you know if further action is recommended.
Operating System Reinstall
If the worst has happened we can re-install your operating system, including all security updates, firewall and anti-virus.
Hardware Upgrades and Installation

Starting Problems/Crashing Computer
We’ll use hardware and software diagnostic programs to troubleshoot your computer. Most problems will be easy for us to cure and shouldn’t lead to you loosing any data. Naturally we’ll advise you of the best way of fixing the problem.
Data Transfer
We can transfer data (pictures, email, documents etc.) from your old computer or laptop onto your new computer. This is also handy should you be thinking about a hard drive upgrade or a change of operating system.
