I only said my PC was dead three days ago – and it needed a part… So I think I can fairly say I’ve had brilliant service.
Switched ISP had difficulty connecting to wireless broadband. Problem identified, existing wireless adaptor would not recognise/work with new ISP. Adaptor changed and now works pertectly.
Responded to request for help very quickly. Very good, efficient service – would recommend and use again.
My laptop was repaired and i was very happy with the speed of service and the help and advice given.
I had been wrestling with a mysterious email problem for days but Andrew diagnosed and sorted it out in less than an hour. He arrived the same day and was polite and explained what he had done in simple terms. I will definitely call again when I require computer support in future.

I have called on Andrew twice to sort out a couple of problems with my computer and on both occasions he came the same day and resolved each problem very quickly. I can also email him with a problem and he will advise me on what action to take almost immediately. Great service and carried out very professionally – I can highly recommend him.
Andrew has saved me a great deal of frustration and cost re trying to rectify my DVD player on my laptop and has increased the memory and various other details and I have virtually ended up with an almost new computer. Many thanks Andrew & keep up the good work. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!
